WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO ASK FOR THE DEFECT/DAMAGE ITEM(S) SHIPPED BACK TO US. IF THIS IS THE CASE, WE WILL PROVIDE YOU WITH A PRE-PAID SHIPPING LABEL. ITEM(S) MUST BE RECEIVED BACK TO OUR FACILITY AND INSPECTED BEFORE A REPLACEMENT/STORE CREDIT IS ISSUED. IF THE ITEM IS FOUND TO BE DEFECTIVE, WE WILL REPLACE IT WITH THE SAME ITEM.
